Getting Started

Follow these 6 steps to get your AI fully configured and live in under 15 minutes.

Tell your AI about your business

Go to AI Configuration → Your Business. Fill in your business name, what you sell, and your greeting message. This takes 2 minutes and makes a huge difference.

Upload your product catalog

Go to AI Configuration → Product Database. Upload a CSV or Excel file with your products. The AI will use these to recommend products to customers instantly.

Any column names work — name, price, stock, description, etc.

Connect your Facebook Page & WhatsApp

Go to Channels Setup. Click Connect next to Facebook Page and follow the authorization steps. Repeat for WhatsApp Business.

Configure your AI's personality

Go to AI Configuration → Personality & Tone. Choose how formal or casual your AI should be. Then check AI Instructions to set the main goal and keywords.

Set up Business Hours (optional)

If your store has fixed hours, go to AI Configuration → Business Hours. Enable it and set the days and times. The AI will automatically inform customers outside hours.

Don't forget to set Friday closing for departments like Cave à Vin!

Test your AI in the Playground

Go to AI Playground and simulate a customer conversation. Send messages as if you were a customer — ask about products, complain, switch languages — and see how the AI responds.

Try sending messages in Tunisian Derja (Arabic script) to test dialect support.
All done? Test it live!
